"It's the end of the world as we know it... And I feel fine"  R.E.M. song

On December 21, 2012 the Mayan Calendar Runs out.

What does that mean to us?

The means that it's time to have a party!

The Mayans were pretty advanced for their time. They figured out a calendar called the Long Count (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mesoamerican_Long_Count_calendar ) that went back all the way to the beginning of creation.

Many people think that when the Long Count runs out, the world will end too. If the Mayans figured out when time started, did they figure out when time ends?

I prefer to think of December 21, 2012 as a big New Year's Eve celebration - the calendar of 1,872,000 days (5,125.37 years) will start over again.

At the top of this page are a few invitation designs for your end of the world celebration. But you don't have to settle for these if you are thinking about something else. We can design something entirely new for you.

Should you believe that the world will end December 21, 2012?
No, we don't.

I believe what The Bible says: "Since no one knows the future, who can tell someone else what is to come?" Ecclesiastes 8:7

"Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." Matthew 24:35-36
