*The business days at Poly Graphics are Monday thru Friday, with exceptions only for major United States holidays. If you order on a Monday your order will be ready to review within 24 hours – or on Tuesday. If you order on a Friday your draft will be ready before the end of Monday.

Poly Graphics has a new combination Birthday-Thanksgiving invitation. A turkey with a birthday cake on his wing. We can change the cake to have the same number of candles in it as the age of the birthday boy or girl (Please specifiy the number of candles in the cake in the special instructions part of the Poly Graphics order form)

All of the designs on our website can be customized for your event. For instance, if you are moving at the end of the year, you can order Christmas Moving Announcements. The charities differ each month. We believe in giving back to our community and people in need.

We’ve selected a variety of local, national and worldwide charities to support. This month, October, a portion of our sales will go to WorldVision. WorldVision is a charity that helps children all over the world. Our family sponsors a child in Peru.

We feel blessed to be able to create invitations and cards for people. We feel we should share our blessings.

In addition to our monthly charity, 10% of all orders for our Cancer Awareness cards go directly towards an appropriate charity for the color of ribbon on the card. See my earlier post about these cards.

“Fully customizable invitations” means that you can change anything.

We start with a blank card. There are no graphics, no colors, and no wording. We will modify the design, colors, and wording to your specifications.

Want it red?  We’ll make it red!

Want it smaller and in the corner? OK, we’ll do that for you.

Want a different type style? Mixed colors in the wording? – Yes, we can accommodate you.

Special Instructions on the Poly Graphics Order Form

Please use the special instructions section of the Poly Graphics order form to tell us your desires. We’ll do our best to take the design you’ve chosen, take your special instructions, and create the card that you want. We will prepare a draft for you to review online before we print. If what we’ve created doesn’t match with what you requested, we will correct it. We won’t print until we get your approval.

U.S. State Moving Announcement for Georgia

For example, notice that on our U.S. State moving announcements we place the city or town that you are moving to on the map of the state. If your location is under a graphic that we’ve placed on the sample, we move the graphic around so that we can see your town’s location.

Our moving announcements have your new town highlighted. If you are near some major city we can also put that city on your new address card. Is there a graphic in the way of where your town is? We can move it. Tell us the name of the town you are moving to and we will arrange the entire announcement around the location of your new town. When you view the proof we will ask you to confirm that the location we have is correct.
