I rushed out of work on Friday to get to my daughter’s softball game, totally forgetting that a customer was coming by later to pick up her invitations. She came by and the door was locked.
Although Sherry, our customer, was nice about not being able to pick up her invitations, we felt bad. When Janet, our designer, looked up Sherry’s information, she noticed that Sherry lived at a nearby town that Janet was planning to visit on Saturday.
Janet called Sherry and arranged a pickup location near Sherry’s home – over the weekend!
Sherry was happy, Janet was happy, I was happy.

P.S. We don’t usually deliver orders, but in this case (since I messed up), it was the right thing to do.
