Your custom invitations can print & ship as fast as the same day at PolyGraphics.com

Here’s how to order and get same day service: Find the invitation that you want using the search tool at PolyGraphics.com (upper left of the page). Fill out the order form (this is the most difficult part) – include your wording, quantity, and any color changes that you want. Add thank you cards and seals if you want. When you get to the shopping cart, double check your wording, then click Next Step. After you enter your shipping name and address, look for the Rush Order checkbox. Check Rush and your order will get top priority and zoom to the top of the drafting queue to be the next order that our graphic designer works on.

If your Rush order is received by 10am (eastern U.S. Time), we’ll do everything that we can to design, seek your approval, print, proof, and ship your order the same day.

If we get your Rush order after 10am (eastern U.S. Time), we’ll do everything that we can to design, get your approval, print, proof, and ship your order the next day.

Even your non-Rush order receives quick service - your order is drafted by one of our graphic designers within 24 hours (Sun-Thur, Fri-Sat orders are drafted by Monday evening). We proof, print, and ship as fast as we can after we get your approval.

When you order invitations you usually need to get them fast…. after doing some calendar arithmetic to figure out when your invitation should be mailed sometime there  is not  much time to prepare invitations.

We want you to get your invitations out fast too. At Poly Graphics we are very sensitive to that.

If you are really in a hurry for your invitations we have a Rush option. Orders placed before 10am (Eastern US time) ship the same day they are ordered!  Which means we receive, proof, draft, receive your approval, update (if necessary), re-draft, print and ship your order all in 1 day.

Even non-Rush invitation orders get quick service – a draft of your order is posted within a day if your order was placed Monday thru Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are drafted and ready for review by the end  of Monday. When you approve we print & ship the same or next business day.

For instance, if you ordered today, Wednesday, at 2pm, your order will be ready to review by 2pm on Thursday. If there are no changes and you approve, we will print and ship your order on Friday – less than 48 hours after you order.

How To Order From Poly Graphics

In a little over 3 minutes you can order a fully customized invitation from Poly Graphics. Note that after you confirm your order an email is sent to you summarizing your order. Confirming your order also starts the draft clock – we’ll prepare a draft for you within 24 business hours. Use the order number you receive in your email and on the Thank You page to go back to PolyGraphics.com to review the draft.
