We love to spoil the people that buy invitations from us. The fact is that – that is what you get from Poly Graphics. It’s built into our culture.
But as I read Kerry’s comment I became a little concerned. Not for us, but for the others that have not delivered for Kerry.
We do what we say we will do with honesty and integrity… and the best quality we can put in.
Have we made mistakes? – sure, we are human. But if we make a mistake we fix it as soon as we can.

Is it rare these days that you actually get what you pay for?
That what you see when you shop online is not what you get?
That saddens me.
And makes me think that I am naïve.
I haven’t experienced being disappointed with online purchases too much.
Yes, there have been a few times that I have been overpromised and underdelivered.
Which makes me angry.
But in Kerry’s experience this sounds like it is normal.
Which makes me wonder how long the underdelivering places can stay in business.
