Our Promise: Your order will be drafted, be waiting for your approval, and be printed as fast as we can

Your quickest option for receiving your invitations is to select the RUSH option on the order page. By selecting RUSH, your order receives the utmost attention and is placed at the top of the line for draft preparation. Your draft will be prepared ASAP. If you order before 10am (Eastern US time) your order will ship the same day. Rush orders received after 10am are shipped the next day.

Normal (non-Rush) Draft Processing (during non-holiday business hours):

When you place an order, our designers receive an email with your order details. They layout your design and wording and, if you asked for one, post a draft for you to approve online. This will normally happen within 24 business hours, sometimes quicker (depending on the kids’ schedules!). This does not include the weekends!

To view your drafts online, click "View Your Draft" at the top of the page. You will need to enter your order number (provided when you placed the order) and last name. Your very own personal web page will be displayed with all your drafts for approval. Once you view your drafts, you will be able to send us a message (approval, change request, or just "have a nice day!") directly from this personal page. Any messages from us in response will also be displayed on your page. Therefore, a history of our communication back and forth regarding your order will be displayed on your page.

Our designers sometimes work on the weekends, and sometimes they don’t, depending on family schedules. If you order on Friday, expect your draft by the same time on Monday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, expect your draft by Tuesday morning.

Please don’t rely on us to tell you when your draft is ready. If you don’t hear from us, please check it yourself (see instructions above). We probably sent you one or more emails, and they are being blocked as spam. If we don’t get a response from you in a few days, we will try to call you.

PLEASE BE AWARE: If we get no response when we try to contact you, we will send your order without approval.

Shipping Options and Transit Time:

Once you approve the draft, we will print and ship QUICKLY -- often the same or the next business day. Our shipping options are USPS Priority Mail for $5.95 (orders over $75.00 ship USPS Priority for Free), UPS Ground for $8.95 to $12.85, UPS 2nd Day Air for $18.90 to $35.00, USPS Overnight for $25.00, and USPS International (usually takes about 5 days) for $35.00. (NOTE: Overnight cost higher to some areas; we’ll contact you first. Signature required on delivery for Overnight). Remember, turnaround time is business days only, not weekends. The two Saturday delivery options are USPS Priority and USPS Overnight.
