Draft Processing (during non-holiday business hours):
When you place an order, our designers receive your order details, lay out your design and wording and, if you asked for one, post a draft for you to approve online. This will normally happen within 24 business hours, sometimes quicker. This does not include weekends and holidays.
To view your drafts online, click "View Your Draft" at the top of the page. You will need to enter your order number (provided when you placed the order) and last name. Your very own personal web page will be displayed with all your drafts for approval. Once you view your drafts, you will be able to send us a message (approval, change request, or just "have a nice day!") directly from this personal page. Any messages from us in response will also be displayed on your page. In summary, a history of our communication back and forth regarding your order will be displayed on your page.
Our designers sometimes work on the weekends, and sometimes they don’t, depending on family schedules. If you order on Friday, expect your draft by the same time on Monday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, expect your draft by Tuesday morning.
Please don’t rely on us to tell you when your draft is ready. If you don’t hear from us, please check your page using the "View Your Draft" instructions above. We probably sent you one or more emails, and they are being blocked as spam. If we don’t get a response from you in a few days, we will try to call you.
PLEASE BE AWARE: If we get no response when we try to contact you, we will send your order without approval.

Our shipping options are:
- USPS Priority Mail ($7.95): 1-3 days, including Saturday
- UPS Ground ($18.95): 1-5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air ($28.95): 2 business days
- USPS Express ($34.95): Overnight to most, but not all, locations
- USPS International (usually takes about 5 days): $38.95
